SiGMA Group context
SiGMA runs a series of regional events: SiGMA Europe (Malta, November), SiGMA Eurasia (Dubai, March), SiGMA Africa (Cape Town, March), SiGMA Asia (Singapore/Manila rotation). Heading into 2027, SiGMA Group remains one of the three dominant trade-show operators in iGaming alongside Clarion (ICE) and SBC.
For 2027, SiGMA Eurasia moves from Coca-Cola Arena to the newly announced Festival Arena at Dubai Festival City, with expanded floor space and an additional programming track — part of a broader set of expanded 2027 plans SiGMA Group has signalled for the Eurasia edition as it continues to grow as the crossroads show for CIS, MENA, and South Asian markets.

The Dubai context
UAE itself still does not regulate online gambling as of 2027 (Federal Decree-Law No. 31/2021 created a national lottery authority, but online casino licensing has not materialised). SiGMA Eurasia continues to operate as an off-shore trade event in Dubai rather than a UAE-market event — nobody at the show sells product to UAE consumers, but everybody sells to operators serving CIS, Indian, African, and Latin American markets through Curaçao or Anjouan licensing structures.
Programme tracks
Crypto and Web3 (still the largest track at SiGMA Eurasia versus other SiGMA editions), CIS-market deep dive, India regulatory updates, Africa expansion playbooks, affiliate marketing for non-regulated markets, and — new for the expanded 2027 edition — a dedicated payments track on the larger Festival Arena floor covering cashier innovation for CIS and MENA operators.
Access and cost
Free expo pass on pre-registration. Conference pass €795+. Networking events are largely open to expo pass holders, with VIP gatherings invite-only.
VegasHunter coverage angle
We follow SiGMA Eurasia for two specific signals: which operators in our RU, en (global crypto), and emerging-LATAM rankings make announcements about new licensing structures, and which payment processors launch India/CIS/Africa specific cashier integrations that affect our locale rankings. The move to Festival Arena and the expanded 2027 programme make this the edition to watch for new exhibitor announcements.
Why this matters
Dubai remains the meeting point for crypto-native operators and traditional regulated-market suppliers eyeing Asia. The expanded 2027 footprint at Festival Arena gives the CIS market — hard to address directly from Europe — even more room for its annual face-to-face, and lets Indian operators meet European platform vendors before regulatory deadlines force commitments.
