SiGMA Group context

SiGMA runs a series of regional events: SiGMA Europe (Malta, November), SiGMA Eurasia (Dubai, February), SiGMA Africa (Cape Town, March), SiGMA Asia (Singapore/Manila rotation). The Group has become one of the three dominant trade-show operators in iGaming alongside Clarion (ICE) and SBC.

The Eurasia edition specifically positions Dubai as the crossroads venue — Russian-speaking operators who can’t easily attend EU events, Indian platform providers gauging the eventual regulated market, MENA-focused affiliate networks, and crypto operators that face hostile regulatory framing elsewhere.

Who attends

  • Russian-language operators: Pin-Up Group, 1xBet Group, Vulkan Vegas (Brivio), Vavada
  • Indian platform providers: Parimatch India (under different ownership now), Khelo24Bet, Dafabet India
  • Crypto operators: Stake (frequent presence), BC.Game, FortuneJack, mBit
  • MENA affiliate networks
  • Brazilian operators looking at Africa as next expansion vector
  • European suppliers with India ambitions: Evolution India, Pragmatic Play India operations

The Dubai context

UAE itself does not regulate online gambling (Federal Decree-Law No. 31/2021 created a national lottery authority but online casino licensing has not materialised as of 2026). SiGMA Eurasia operates as an off-shore trade event in Dubai, not as a UAE-market event. The distinction matters: nobody at SiGMA Eurasia is selling product to UAE consumers, but everybody is selling to operators serving CIS, Indian, African, and Latin American markets through Curaçao or Anjouan licensing structures.

Programme tracks

Crypto and Web3 track (the largest at SiGMA Eurasia vs other SiGMA editions), CIS-market deep dive, India regulatory updates, Africa expansion playbooks, Affiliate marketing for non-regulated markets.

Access and cost

Free expo pass on pre-registration. Conference pass €795+. Networking events are largely open to expo pass holders, with VIP gatherings invite-only.

VegasHunter coverage angle

We follow SiGMA Eurasia for two specific signals: which operators in our RU, en (global crypto), and emerging-LATAM rankings make announcements about new licensing structures, and which payment processors launch India/CIS/Africa specific cashier integrations that affect our locale rankings.

Why this matters

Dubai sits at the intersection of crypto-native operators and traditional regulated-market suppliers looking to enter Asia. SiGMA Eurasia is where the CIS market that's hard to address in Europe directly gets its annual face-to-face, and where Indian operators meet European platform vendors before regulator deadlines force commitments.
